Karl Hüttmannsberger founded the Company on September 22nd, in 1995 as  a sole proprietprship In the year 2000, for economic reasons, the sole proprietorship was restructured into “HTK Maschinen- und Apparatebau GmbH”. We have moved this to a new company hall with a certain production area. In 2007, in combination with the acquisition of a large functional machine, the production hall got expanded. In 2014 another warehouse was added as well as measuring technology hall so the workspace growed more and more. The last major construction project took place in 2018/2019 with the construction of the “South” hall (two-storey).

HTK currently offers a production and work area, consisting of manufacturing, storage and assembly, of approx. 5500m².

To this time 24 highly qualified employees are in contract with HTK.
